Hi. I have problem with BMS into Xiaomi Mi Essential. When scooter is turn off blue led blink one per second. When i turn on scooter red led start blink 6 times. Can you help me to diagnostic what kind of error is it ?I checked battery is ok. Output voltage is 40,4V and voltage on all cell is good.

@hemperor , disconnect the battery and check the 12V, 5V, 3.3V buses for a short circuit directly on the legs of the microcircuits.

Hello i am looking into upgrading my Controller to support 20s battery.From what people recommend changeing the ressistors responsible for dividing the voltage from the sys8502 chip. But i cant figure out why as the chip can handle up to 85vdc and according to the chip datasheet the output will remain 12volt dc(from the chip).I have added what info i can found. If anyone has any insight regarding the matter i would appreciate it.Thanks

Now I'm actually wondering if I've blown the decoupling capacitors on the ground rail, I've sent down those 40v on this rail, and could have potentially damaged more ICs (The voltage regulators). And also why would it need a Fuze on the ground rail after the capacitors of the GPT5 connector? 

Hejj folks, hope someone can help me out here. On my Pro2 Controller v3.0, I've sent 40v from the battery, down the 5v rail of the GPT5/BLE Connector.This seems to have blown, which I guess are two SMD Fuzes on this rail. I've found the schematic of the v2.1 (that's actually how I found this forum ^^) and with that I've determined that those are Fuzes. Am I correct with that?And if I am, what would be a good size for those Fuzes? I've got a slight problem with this decoupler. I made one using the schematic that you posted 2 years ago. Looks excellent but works not so much. Both controllers start as they should the first time. After a while, my second controller would freeze after some time, even if I had no active Bluetooth connection with BLE. It happens every single time. It doesn't matter which controller I put as a first and which as a second. There always will be an issue with the second one. I'm wondering where...

I have some problem with red  color now  stickers inside scooter.. .  Can you help where is this Q2 .. not sure is arround biggest  cappacitor ?My ESC power directly after plug battery and cant change mode or switch  off. 

Thanks from me .  I also  remove CF1  ... BMS  read wrong voltage in C10.  I measured and CF1  have little difference with other capacitor show  (0.9)   all other show (0.6 ) . Now is charge and show right voltage.

The fact is that F2 often degrades and therefore 5V should be measured directly on C12, up to F2. And to measure on a four-pin connector - this will already be after F2, when F2 reduces the voltage from 5V to 1V under load with its increased resistance. But if you are sure that it is the TPS563200 that has died, then you can replace it with any other converter from 12V to 5V, without control.

I find the U3 but TPS563200EVM replacement   i find only on Ali ..long time to wait . So i think connect external step-down   converter to make 5v for dashboard if worked in this way.  FuseF2 is ok . 1V i measure to connector on board.Also on  U3 i measure on 4 pin ~1v too, and input  12v on 3 pin .

TPS563200EVM-652 can't find on sale or can't find the U3 chip on the board? First Check the fuse F2. 1V do you catch directly on the scoreboard or directly on C12?

Ok  realize that 5v is missing ,so  U3 is burn  not   5v out .  On connector to dashboard i get ~1v .. but  U3 is not easy to find ... can i get 5v from other place on board ? 

Hi, i get error 17 (GREEN diode flash)  dashboard not working but realize   that is happened from motherboard  i replace dashboard with another ..still same result. I track wires from  dashboard to motherboard all is ok not missing track. Did anyone know can fix this or need to replace motherboard. I think happened because i have shortage  between  lighting   cables ( i buy it second hand scooter)  ?Thank you
